As most people should have heard there was a massive earthquake in China. What some people did not know of is that more than 20% of the casualties could have been prevented. The United states offered to help in the beginning by sending an aircraft carrier to relieve some of the more inaccessable areas by using Helicopters. The chinese governement decided that it did not want the U.S to help and denied the U.S access to the Earthquake areas.
